The Informed Triathlete

Never mind that North and South Korea are at each other's throats (again).

And never mind that British Petroleum is single handedly destroying the ecosystem in the Gulf of Mexico and the company's CEO Tony Hayward is a public relations train wreck.

And who cares that Apple's market capitalization has surpassed Microsoft's?

Because we are almost out of paint.

hah! love it. i often like to go to the drudge report and read the headlines, which frequently look something like this: "global warming killing 200 polar bears a day!", "man kills 3 children, spouse and cooks them for breakfast.", "iran aiming practice missiles at US", "rosie o'donnel takes kids to beach, and wears a bikini!" at which point i say "ooh! goody!" and click on the last one.

I heard this story and was shocked haha. The economy sucks and you have a demand for your product that you can't supply... HONESTLY?!?!

Have a good one!

Did you all hear about the satirical BP Twitter feed (@BPGlobalPR) that skewers BP? It has 50,000+ followers to BP's 6,000. LMAO!

Loved it. It must be a worldwide problem. My road didn't have lines for years.

Gawd, and now we cannot even paint our streets ...noooo!!

Living in Houston the oil spill has been the BIG topic of discussion. Especially with the Hurricane season right around the corner and the experts predicting it is going to be a very ACTIVE season. Guess i am going to have to load up on degreaser to clean my house and yard off.

Hmm..no lines on the highways could make for interesting driving... but it would certainly be an adventure...
