I Did A Weird Thing Too.

Diana from Diana Tries-A-Tri posted a video of her doing a rotation of Tacfit on her blog today.  The video is awesome primarily because I now know what Tacfit is (I was wondering).  It's also very impressive - 9 rounds of that is most likely very brutal.  Well done, Diana.

Not wanting to be left out of a cool new idea, I quickly made a video of what I was doing.  But for a proper compare and contrast, you should watch Diana's first.

Unfortunately, I'm not doing 9 rounds of anything.  I'm watching USC/Oregon.  Despite living in Southern California, I am a huge Oregon fan.  As expected, the game is turning into an epic battle.  As a result, Craig from Let's Do This Again will notice that I look more excited than usual.

P.S. Since this is primarily a endurance sports blog, I should probably mention that I did do a 10 mile run earlier.  I haven't been on the couch the entire day.

haha!! Similar to what I did today...except the 10 miler. I did do 25 on the bike in the semi-glorious weather here.

Just thankful that I can continue to follow
you with a clear conscience-- being a USC fan would have seriously put your entire credibility in jeopardy. :p

This might have been harder then what Diana was doing because you have no control over what the Ducks are doing on the field.

OK, not really but had to give it a try to make it seem like it was harder.

Great job on the 10 miler and keeping this an endurance blog.

Ducks!
Nice 10 miler

Our squads played each other when I was in school in the Freedom bowl...it looked like an intra squad game with the colors of the jerseys...If I recall Ducks went for two late in the game and whiffed - ended up losing by 1
