Unemployed & 96 Hours Sober. So What Do You Do With Yourself?

So I'm in the middle of an email exchange between Chris K and Kovas about the ground rules for this Burpee contest that Kovas has roped us in for.  I suggested cheating via video manipulation.  Being the contrarian that he is, Kovas immediately called my video skills into question.   And then I suddenly remembered that I had a video demonstrating my mad editing skillz safely hidden in the open amongst the zillions of videos on YouTube.

I have put myself out there before on this blog by admitting a lot about my past.  But posting this will raise the bar.  I just watched it for the first time in a couple years and I am still shivering from embarrassment.  So naturally, I need to show the video to you guys.

This is me on the Monday after the Friday I left my business in June 2008.  Also, I had stopped drinking 4 days previous.  But as the video shows, the thought of getting in shape hadn't occurred to me yet.  This is most likely the last evidence of me not being in complete control of my facilities.  Enjoy...
